The object is a new high-tech plant of the investor company for the production of electric bicycles. The factory is located in the industrial zone of the town of Kuklen, near Plovdiv. The annual capacity exceeds 250,000 electric bicycles. The production lines are state-of-the-art, the operations are fully synchronized, and at the end of the line we get a fully packaged electric bike ready for shipment.
As a reliable partner for any ambitious project, Engineering EAD was chosen to carry out complete electrical construction and electrical equipment during construction.
The following types of systems have been delivered and installed:
- External power supply MV;
- Schneider Electric's SM6 medium voltage switches, manufactured under license from Engineering EAD;
- Power transformers;
- Power busbars 800A with a total length of over 300 meters and a cable-laying system, manufactured by EAE;
- Power supply low voltage;
- Modern lighting installation – a total of 1015 LED lighting fixtures, manufactured by Lena Lighting, Poland, were installed;
- Lightning protection system;
All installed and commissioned electrical panels at the site were manufactured by Engineering EAD with Schneider Electric equipment.
